Based in NSW, Vivian serves as the leader for the Outback Australia team. He has a background pastoral ministry for over 39 years. He is gifted in mentoring, equipping, strategic planning, team dynamics, pastoral care and theological reflection.

Vivian partners with Australian Baptist Ministries and the Baptist Union of Northern Territory. He will spend time with Indigenous Baptist Churches and leaders, establishing and actioning plans for leadership development and theological reflection. The funding for the project makes the travel and communication logistics possible and provides a solid foundation for the relationships to grow, develop and create a stronger sense of team and network to build and support faith communities in Outback Australia.
