The KSBC Church 4 Kids program involves children from Prep to Year 6. The main focus of the program is to teach children the word of God. C4K also helps children make friends and feel a part of the community at KSBC.
Through stories and songs, drama and creative activities, our children are introduced to Jesus and the Bible in a way they can understand. It is led by an amazing and committed team who create a happy and safe environment for children, where they have heaps of fun while learning about the love of God.
Children head out for C4K during the Sunday morning Worship Service

Children can begin Bible Buddies when they turn three years of age and are part of the group until they start school. This fun program includes a bible story, music, craft, free play and morning tea. It is staffed by volunteers who all have a Working with Children Check and runs during the school terms. The children head out during the morning Worship Service.

A crèche is available during the morning Worship Service for children aged 0-3 years old. It is staffed by dedicated volunteers who all have a Working with Children Check. The crèche has a great supply of toys, there is often an outdoor playtime in the fenced and supervised playground and the children enjoy morning tea together.

A parents’ room (adjoining the main Worship Centre) is also available for feeding mothers and crying babies.

Young Families Events are planned throughout the year at KSBC that engage both parents and their young children. Social events, small groups, parenting courses and camps further enrich our young families. Please contact the church for further details.

Each week a number of our people, who have been trained as mentors, spend one hour with a selected student at The Basin Primary School. This hour is spent encouraging the young child with reading and maths exercises prepared by the classroom teacher and doing other activities to build self esteem. Kids’ Hope is a program that has been established by World Vision to assist children with special needs. Please contact us for further details.
